Exploring Organization Assessments
Join us as community member, Jill Windelspecht, hosts a Community Conversation on organization assessments.
There are multiple approaches and models that are used when assessing organizations. We will show examples of how the STAR model has been used inside a global organization as well as highlight a new organization assessment tool, Line of Sight, that provides a great deal of insight into critical areas of the organization that could help with any model. We will share some common themes in all the models we studied as well. We are looking forward to hearing from you on your ‘favorite’ model(s), why and how you use it so we can all grow!
